Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VoyageLine, operated by Josh Wright, trading as VoyageLine (United States). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

VoyageLine helps travel advisors turn cruise options into client-ready proposals, including AI-assisted extraction of details from pasted or uploaded supplier content, and shareable proposal links.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any agency/workspace you create.

Your responsibilities for Client data

When you enter or import a Client’s information, you are the controller of that data and we are your processor. You represent that you have the right to provide that data and to have it processed (including by our AI sub-processor) to produce a proposal. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share with third-party processors.

AI output is assistive, not authoritative

AI-extracted details may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every field before sending a proposal to a Client. VoyageLine is not liable for reliance on unreviewed AI output.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use.
• No attempts to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the service.
• No uploading of malware or scraping/automated abuse.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe per the pricing presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the VoyageLine software. You retain rights in the content you provide; you grant us the limited license needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel to confirm limitation terms.]

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Counsel to confirm the specific state.]
